Lead multiple operations teams responsible for transitioning and integration of new break-away and M&A business for the broker-dealer/RIA. In addition, responsible for managing a team of licensed principals who function as the delegated supervisors for the firm. Created the Principal Review Desk, a team responsible for the supervisory functions for the firm. Duties include but are not limited to new account review, pre and post trade product review, Option trading oversight and client risk assessment. One of the key architects to the redesign and setup of the Sanctuary Operations Department. Developed and enhanced the Advisor transitioning process to onboard new advisors and their clients when making the move to partnered independence. Responsible for increasing satisfaction scores by 40% while digitizing and streamlining the process. Currently a member of the firms Alternative Investment Product Due Diligence committee. Managing key initiatives including implementing a more robust advisor/client transitioning tool, creating a more robust Supervision program, as well enhancing firm and departmental policies and procedures.
