About Timothy Ryan

Timothy is currently the Vice President of Sales for ADP\'s Insurance Agency where he supports attachment rates of property and casualty lines of insurance to the small business sales teams payroll sales. Additionally, as site leader for the Tempe Digital Sales office, he is tasked with starting up his second ADP sales office to maturation within multiple business units.Prior to this, Timothy was VP of ADP\'s Human Resourcing Outsourcing, Digital Sales Division. He oversaw up to 9 sales managers and close to 100 sales representatives. He oversaw sales offices in Florham Park NJ, Allentown PA and Louisville KY, where he partnered with 12 other VP’s of sales for other digital sales divisions and close to 10 field DVP’s. His sales division was responsible for growing ADP’s market segment for BPO and PEO divisions. The region has earned 2 consecutive president clubs and 4 above 100% performances. Prior to this Timothy opened a brand new digital sales office in Tucson, Arizona. He was responsible for hiring and building out a new team, establishing a winning culture, building a foundation for career development and solidifying the growth strategy.Before that, Timothy worked for the franchise and affiliations division at ADP. He led business development interests for ADP by signing up other franchise groups to national purchasing agreements and effectively teamed up with third party entities to enhance mutual interests. He was in charge of maintaining the production of fourteen other associates who were in charge of individual franchise and alliance groups. He helped them with sales strategy, growth and development. In Pittsburgh, he was highly involved with Big Brother Big Sister where he volunteered over 5 years with a one on one match and on the volunteer boards. Before this he was in charge of ADP\'s relationship with Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, Yum, A&W and Long John Silvers Franchise and Corporate locations. Additionally, he oversaw a territory primarily located in Northern California. Before that Timothy worked for EDMC where he did sales, sales management, training and oversaw a marketing division for EDMC’s corporate entity. Prior to this Timothy did outside sales for Altria Sales and Distribution, formally Philip Morris, USA.Timothy has won numerous sales awards at both ADP and EDMC for being over quota, tops in the division and has been elected to be part of numerous leadership classes and positions. Timothy currently holds two bachelor degrees in the liberal arts and one master degree in management.
