Financial services executive with 30+ years of leadership experience spanning community, regional, and super-regional banks. I thrive on building strong teams, driving growth, and delivering value to members and communities.I am honored to have joined Landmark Credit Union in October 2025 as President & CEO, building on our strong foundation and advancing our mission of people helping people.Prior to Landmark, I helped lead Level One Bank through a decade of entrepreneurial growth and its successful 2022 merger with First Merchants Bank, adding $2.52B in assets and 17 new locations. At First Merchants, I served as EVP, President of Mortgage Banking and later added additional responsibilities as President of Bank Operations, guiding strategic expansion and operational excellence.Community service is core to who I am. Over my career I have held board roles with Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, March of Dimes, United Way, Salvation Army, the Greater Naples YMCA, Naples Zoo, as well as other community organizations.I look forward to joining the the Board of Directors at United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County in March 2026.
