Invited to participate in concept development for the Bravo organization—involved from design to budgeting, value engineering, and site selection—in addition to fast-tracking existing concept projects around the country. Engaged in commercial construction management valued from $1M to $5M—across Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Florida—supervising onsite efforts to ensure design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality compliance. Managed the ground-up construction of an $8M-10M, 52K sf office addition for Allied Mineral, directing the full lifecycle project to deliver this large, multistory office building on time and within budget.
