My focus has always been the same: helping organizations turn direction into execution that holds up.My background is deeply technical. I came up exploring telecom, networks, and systems from the inside out, well before today’s abstractions made complexity easier to hide. That path led through systems engineering and into information security, digital forensics, and investigative work - because security is where architecture, operations, and human behavior converge. That foundation continues to shape how I assess risk and make decisions under pressure.Today, I’m the Founder and Principal Consultant at Nubivance Consulting, where I advise public and private sector clients on enterprise IT strategy and modernization. This includes serving as Principal Consulting Architect to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, supporting executive leadership and leading architects and engineers across large, mission-critical environments.My work spans executive advising, enterprise architecture, and hands-on delivery.
