Healthcare is changing faster than ever — and the next generation of leaders must be ready to lead that change.I’ve spent more than three decades moving between the bedside, the boardroom, and the classroom. As a pulmonary and critical care physician turned healthcare executive, I’ve led teams through periods of rapid growth, operational change, and clinical innovation. Along the way, I’ve seen a common pattern: clinicians are asked to lead without ever learning how.My mission is to change that.I believe the future of healthcare depends on leaders who combine strong clinical foundations with the business and leadership skills needed to navigate today’s complex systems.
