ABOUT TIMOTHY LEWIS
Have you ever said or heard,\"they just don\'t teach you that in school?\" I combine 20 years of diverse experience as an educator and scientist to help people do the most with what they have in managing stress and ultimately being in better relationship with themselves through tools of mindfulness. Through study, practice, and training in psychoneuroimmunology and embodied movement practices like capoeira, yin, and vinyasa I I lead virtual and in-person workshops aimed to cultivate resilience, peace of mind, and inner resourcefulness. International experience includes the successful completion of education curriculum through Mexico, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Finland. Capoeira trainings and workshops within Brazil and Canada. Research and education training experiences in Australia, Singapore, & Malaysia.
