I am an experienced IT and banking professional with over 20 years’ experience within IT and financial technologies in roles of application support & management, application development and IT infrastructure. I have managed the support and integration of financial IT frameworks like Calypso and Front Arena. Within IT infrastructure my experience includes for example; systems management of large distributed systems to the support and training of users in the multiple systems used. As a person I am a highly organized individual, results orientated and client focused, with excellent relationship management, communication and teamwork skills. I am proactive in resolving problems and possess a conscientious attitude towards all responsibilities.Specialties:Calypso: 6+ years as a support analyst.Front Arena: 3 ½ years as a support analyst/programmer.Business knowledge: I have good knowledge of the fixed income, credit business, FX and equities businesses.UNIX - Intermediate user level knowledge of UNIX (Solaris, Linux, HP-UX). Shell scripting including C-Shell, Korn and some basic Perl scripting.
