As the Manager, Laboratory Operations for B+labs, Mr. Lutz manages the shared laboratory spaces and equipment with the B+labs incubator facility with a customer focused based approach to allow the resident companies to focus on their research and enhance their experience. His 20+ year career in health and safety serves as his foundation for his current position. His career has provide him with experience in industries including laboratory, pharmaceutical, food, livestock processing, heavy manufacturing, electronics, and health care. In addition to his years of consulting experience, he had an impressive tenure delivering services to the City of Philadelphia. During his tenure, he paved the way for efficient operations across various departments-public safety, public health, facilities, fleet management, water, parks and recreation, and IT departments.
