   Manage development team, vendors, and funder relationships as project manager of numerous development projects, including 126 Chandler, a $14 million, 31-unit, mixed-use, 9% LIHTC project and an upcoming 73-unit scattered-site 4% LIHTC refinance and renovation project;Secured over $2 million of funding to support the design and implementation of deep-energy retrofit (DER) renovation projects; Prepare plans, specifications, schedules, and financial spreadsheets for predevelopment and development project phases for projects in development and the project pipeline; Oversee planning and development of all-electric, energy-efficient homes for low-income, first-time homebuyers, bringing in over $1 million to the organization in support of their development; Represent the organization in the Pleasant Street Transformative Development Initiative with MassDevelopment.
