I am a U.S. Naval Special Warfare and Joint Special Operations Forces veteran with two decades of experience building and leading intelligence teams for some of the world’s most elite special operations units, often in the most unforgiving conditions. Success required more than skill; it demanded a deep understanding of teamwork, where each member’s strengths were maximized. As cliché as it sounds, failure was not an option.Adapting to ever-changing environments was a necessity. What worked yesterday likely wouldn’t work tomorrow.
