About Timothy Hosmer
Real estate investment professional with 15 year record of strong performance in financial structuring, risk mitigation, acquisitions, development, asset management and complex negotiations. Responsibilities include structuring and closing joint venture equity relationships nationwide and debt investments as well as forming new relationships with capital sources within the senior housing industry. Previously, while at Palatine Capital Partners, I was responsible for evaluating and structuring acquisitions as well as evaluating work-out scenarios for distressed debt investments. While at Stonehendge Investments, I co-managed a $100M industrial property portfolio, including sourcing, executing and closing acquisitions, asset management as well as coordinating all development or capital projects. Founded the Surfing Warriors Beach House program, operating within T.H. Seacoast Properties, to assist recently returned injured veterans’ recoveries by working with the USO to donate a stress-free luxury beach house to prevent P.T.S.D. and bring families back into cohesive units.
