Experienced educator and leader with a proven track record of driving inclusive excellence and improving outcomes for diverse learners. I have led division-wide technology integration initiatives, designed and delivered professional learning on structured literacy and assistive technology, and mobilized evidence-based practices to close achievement gaps.My accomplishments include developing and implementing IEPs, BSPs, and SIPs aligned with Ministry standards, coaching educators to use these as dynamic tools, and spearheading equity and anti-oppressive pedagogy initiatives through HWDSB’s School Improvement and Equity portfolios. I have successfully consulted with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure holistic support for exceptional learners, while advancing transition planning and assistive technology advocacy.With experience spanning K–12 classrooms, specialized programs, and leadership roles—including managing programming for community members—I bring expertise in curriculum design, instructional leadership, and capacity building to create inclusive spaces where all students and educators thrive.
