Provide full service business banking products and services leveraging prior experience with deposit, and cash management services solutions to business owners to help them achieve their financial goals.*Contributes to the growth of a profitable loans applications for all types of small business loans, by-way of gathering financial documents for determination of credit quality and appropriateness of bank products and services.*Partners with Enterprise Bank & Trust\'s employees/partners developing, communicating, and implementing the sales strategy in order to meet/exceed business objectives, and exchanges leads/referrals.*Conducts joint outside sales calls with branch employees at prospects or clients\' places of business.*Proactively deepens business banking clients relationships by meeting their needs through additional products and services.*Handle complex and highly sophisticated clients relationships while delivering a high level of customer service.*Provide business banking solutions and financial literacy for the underserved areas of the Kansas City metropolitan area.*Represents the bank at various civic and community functions to further enhance Enterprise Bank & Trust\'s image and develop additional business opportunities and centers of influence.
