Awards:2021 TD Vision in Action Recipient2021 TD League of Excellence Recipient 2019 TD League of Excellence Recipient Career Highlights:2022: Led rapid development and deployment of 23 new KPIs in under 6 weeks, which drove value in coaching and career guidance for over colleagues. 2021: Led data development for a SET level channel delivery scorecard that provided unified business delivery views during the pandemic. 2020: Led data development of a cross channel US customer journey analytics dataset, with value use cases of over $1MM.20••••19: Worked on multiple data analytics projects for customer and colleague journeys, with collective monetized insights of over $500M.I have always had a passion for taking project from ideation to execution, and that passion has propelled me through my educational and professional aspirations. My internal drive for success inspired me to level up from a part time customer facing contract position in a call centre to a data professional in under 4 years. It took a lot of work, but I got there by studying programming between calls, auditing courses, taking advantage of every networking opportunity I could, and finding opportunities from where I sat to drive success for myself and my team.I absolutely love working with data and all the processes behind it. I get a sense of accomplishment when I help businesses make better decisions, and from taking leadership on large projects. I\'m not a project manager, but I enjoy designing and refining the processes that define the way we work. I\'ve been told I have a knack for looking at the big picture without losing sight of the details.I also believe strongly in continuous personal and professional development, and that has supported my career trajectory at TD over the past 8 years. I have received regular awards and role advancements for my work, including being awarded League of Excellence in 2019, and again in 2021. In 2021, I was awarded Vision In Action, which recognized me as being in the top 1% of employees in TD and top 0.3% in my area of Platforms and Technology. As a team player, I also make an effort to develop and build up my colleagues through connecting with my work community. In 2018, I launched an internal community called \"Akora Champions\" to get my colleagues excited about upskilling and adopting our new big data platform. This has evolved into a Cloud Adoption community, and has become a major part of our leadership\'s pillars. I enjoy creating opportunities that empower and encourage my colleagues on their own professional journey.
