Hello there! My name is Tim, and I am a Software Engineer at Rippling. Previously, I worked as a software engineer at Bloomberg and Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG). I have experience building web applications and large backend systems, specializing in Python and Java. I also have professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, SQL, and NoSQL databases, and I am well-versed in working in Agile/Scrum environments with Test-Driven Development.In addition to my technical skills, I have a passion for working in team environments and taking on leadership roles. I served as a Resident Assistant for Rutgers Residence Life and as an Orientation Leader for Rutgers New Student Orientation and Family Programs. I also enjoy teaching and learning, which has fueled my involvement with CodeDay New York and HackRU. Through this nonprofit, I’ve had the opportunity to organize and direct six hackathons for high school and college students.
