As an Assistant Project Manager on the Project Management Team of the Design and Delivery department, I support Tenant Improvement, Ground Up and Technology projects within the West Coast Corporate Real Estate portfolio. This position requires independent strategic thinking, teamwork, multi-tasking, timely execution, and includes management growth potential. Responsibilities include:• Lead project close-out process. Responsible for ensuring that project close-out packages are complete.• Collaborate with project controls and Project Managers on monthly cost reports, cash flows, and any other needed reporting.• Manage in tracking and distribution of Directives, tracking of potential change orders, quality control of change order requests, and compiling change order requests into monthly change orders.Corporate Real Estate is charged with strategic, proactive support for The Walt Disney Company’s Global Real Estate requirements. This is achieved through strong collaboration with key stakeholders providing well informed options enabling knowledgeable decisions. Design and Delivery executes ground-up, tenant improvement, and technology capital construction projects within the Corporate Real Estate portfolio from project inception through design, permitting, construction, and turnover.
