I was born and raised in Northern California, but much of my adult life was shaped overseas.For 20 years, I lived and worked internationally as a husband, father, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and people developer. Those years were rich with complexity — cultural transitions, leadership shifts, organizational change, and the constant need to adapt without losing clarity.It was in those environments that I began coaching professionally.Over time, I developed practical frameworks to help leaders navigate change without rushing clarity. I’ve seen firsthand that transition seasons are not merely interruptions — they are often the place where calling becomes clear.My experience living abroad shaped how I see life: as both a calling and a journey of discovery.I believe transition is an invitation to discern, dream, and design a faithful and fruitful path forward. Whether someone is stepping into a new leadership role, leaving a long-held identity, or navigating the messy middle between chapters, the work is rarely about quick answers. It’s about asking wiser questions.I approach coaching as a strategic point on the map — a space where we slow down, name what is shifting, and move forward with intention.I work primarily with leaders in the marketplace and ministry, navigating life and leadership transitions.
