Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team of 4 specialists responsible for developing, testing, and deploying technological enhancements and modifications across a fleet of over locomotives. Provide strategic vision and technical leadership, along with leading a cross functional team in tactically executing project deliverables to meet the short term and long term needs of the business while optimizing costs. Specific Accomplishments Include: Strategic Planning: Create the vision and strategy for continued locomotive technology development, modification, and deployment to support automation, remote diagnostics, and support capabilities. This includes development and implementation of objectives and key results to drive projects from vision to deliverables ensuring they align with the corporate strategy. Synergy & Collaboration: Effectively organize and lead multidisciplinary teams inclusive of all stakeholders within the organization in problem solving to root cause, recognizing the innovation needs and identifying implementable solutions Change Management: Serve as an industry leader and technical representative to establish processes and standards for interoperability, technology growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
