Community Hospice and Palliative Care team members really do step up to the challenge and make the magic happen. I am grateful for the last eight years; I have learned so much about end-of-life event caregiving and all of the surrounding support services needed 24/7.In my management role under Safety and Security Risk, I was provided with the opportunity to really familiarize myself with Life Safety and how to remain in compliance with all regulatory aspects the program supports.In my new role as the Life Safety Specialist, I am expanding our inpatient center footprint to incorporate all remote Home Care & Long-Term Care administrative offices throughout North and Central Florida.The building blocks for the new foundation have been formed with a team-oriented approach over the last four years, now expansion is possible and the sweat equity challenge over the next year has begun - smile! AHCA, CMS, SDS, OSHA & NFPA are my entire focus as we bring this living project to the forefront. Very exciting!
