Manage ancillary services for 9 PA offices: X-Ray, PT, HT, MRI, Orthotics, and Nutrition. I am the SME for all Radiology service lines and maintain their QA programs. I negotiate necessary equipment, supplies, and maintenance including long term capital plans- Manages the volume and staff productivity of the ancillary service product lines against annual performance targets and national performance benchmarks through an account manager approach, in collaboration with Operational leadership- Oversees development of standardized workflows, processes, and schedules in collaboration with operational leadership to promote increased access, staff efficiency, and revenue potential across all ancillary service product lines- Assesses possibility of new ancillary offerings and locations using cost-benefit analysis - Establishes and monitors metrics/KPI for all roles/positions in all departments to ensure proper staff deployment and productivity - Research and recommend growth in all ancillary departments across core and other markets
