   I oversee the assessments operation for LTCG. My department consists of- RNs, LPNs, and non-clinical interviewers who complete in-home, virtual, and telephonic assessments for underwriting and claims- Customer Service, which includes the call center and the electronic intake team. This group schedules appointments, answers questions for clients, customers, and our field nurses, troubleshoots, etc- Clinical claim review team, consisting of mostly RNs who help make claims decisions- Management team, which includes 3 directors, 4 managers, and many supervisors and leads- Reporting, workforce analysts, and product owners- All encompassing, our team runs approximately 275 strong. We perform assessments for nearly all of the LTC carriers in the marketplace, and are responsible for $30 million in yearly revenue.LTCG was recently purchased and will be re-branded as illumifin in early 2023.
