   We founded American Diesel Training Centers,(ADTC) in 2017 to address the critical shortage of diesel technicians in the U.S. We had no idea what we’d stumbled onto. This essential trade, along with other skilled trades, are largely forgotten by traditional education. They are vital to the infrastructure and economic needs of the United States. Employment in skilled trades provides the opportunity for a rewarding professional career with outstanding earning and promotion potential. By 2023, we’ve become one of the largest producers of diesel technicians in the United States. Over 3,500 graduates have completed our program and they work for hundreds of companies. Many have earned promotions and run entire service operations. Several have returned as ADTC instructors. In what is probably the greatest indicator of how well our training program works, our short, intensive hands-on program has been imitated by many who attempt to reverse-engineer our successful formula. Our magic not only lies in our training system that produces techs who perform better than those from community colleges or expensive technical schools at significantly lower cost and a fraction of the time. Our real secret sauce is the system we’ve built over the last 6 years that allows us to recruit anywhere in the United States. We’ve had students from more than 40 states, who have come to us for training and then returned home, employed. We’ve been so successful that we’ve taken our system into other verticals. Collision, HVAC and Power Generation, with more on the way. Which is why, we rebranded the company ADTC in August of 2023. Its an homage to our original acronym and allows us to move seamlessly into new markets with new services. So please tell us your talent and training problems. We’ll have a solution.
