   As the AVP of Transformation Programs at Royal Caribbean, my goal is to provide leadership technology direction to large business transformation programs. Tim provides oversight to the project teams comprised of members from Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management Office (PMO), Cyber & Compliance, Infrastructure, and other contributor organizations. Tim is responsible for project roadmap and prioritization, technology design, feature/use case definition, SDLC, QA, and release management for enterprise products which include technologies that support business areas such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Legal, Treasury and Revenue Management. Focused on driving streamlined communications and organizational change management between internal teams, along with strategic partners. In addition, Tim is the Technology leader responsible for the transition from our existing enterprise systems to the next generation platforms.
