As the Director of Investigations and Head of Services at Chainalysis Government Solutions (CGS), I lead our national services strategy supporting federal, state, and local agencies in combating the most critical threats facing our country including terrorism, drug trafficking, cybercrime, money laundering, and human trafficking. I oversee a mission-driven investigations and services organization that enables government agencies to unlock the full potential of blockchain analysis and intelligence-driven tools, resulting in more effective and efficient investigations.Leveraging my 30-year career in the US government as a DEA Special Agent and ultimately Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC), I bring firsthand operational insight into the needs of public sector partners. At CGS, I’ve applied that experience to drive high-impact service delivery, build cross-functional strategies with our Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture teams, and enhance customer engagement to fuel retention and revenue growth.My role is centered on scaling CGS’ services as a revenue engine by optimizing delivery models, refining KPIs, and empowering a high-performing team that spans federal civilian, defense, and national security agencies. I assess and evolve our contract vehicles and delivery frameworks to ensure operational efficiency, measurable outcomes, and sustained impact for our customers.With a leadership approach rooted in transparency, accountability, and mentorship, I’m focused on developing the next generation of public-private service leaders who support our national security mission through data, innovation, and operational excellence.
