I have been in the unique situation of not only being the General Manager responsible for the overall operations of multiple properties, while simultaneously being the Director of Casino Operations directly responsible for the success of the Slot Department, Bingo, Keno and Table Games. I possess a vast amount of business process knowledge, including accounting, finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes. In addition, I work very hard to ensure my teams have all the necessary tools for success and to create an exciting atmosphere for them which ultimately is passed on to both internal and external customers thus creating a very positive experience that leads to loyalty, employee retention and financial success for everyone.
