I\'m a current affairs and features TV reporter with KTN News (the only 24-hour news channel in East Africa). I\'m particularly passionate about human interest stories especially those highlighting issues about minorities and less privileged groups in society like persons with disabilities, children and the elderly. I\'m an on-air host for a weekly TV magazine show called \"Area Code\". The programme is a 30-minute documentary show that highlights the history of various estates in East Africa with a special focus on the growth, development and uniqueness of each neighbourhood.I co-host and produce a podcast called \"The 2030 Podcast\" that conducts weekly discussions which intend to inspire positive action among Kenyan youth aged between 20 to 30 years. Each episode focuses on an issue likely to affect our audience and we seek expert advise as well as borrow from our own personal experiences as young people to help the audience deal well with each topic.
