I joined Rhodes Hieronymus after serving as a district court judge in Oklahoma for 18 years. My practice focuses on mediation, arbitration, and civil litigation. I am also accepting appointments to serve the trial courts as a special discovery master. With 18 years of judicial experience and nearly 20 years litigation experience as an attorney, my experience allows me to navigate any legal matter to resolution as a mediator, arbitrator, or attorney. During my 38 years as a trial court judge and litigation attorney, I tried hundreds of jury and non-jury trials. I handled civil cases across nearly all areas of the law, including complex oil and gas matters, business litigation, contract disputes, landowner disputes, insurance bad faith, construction litigation, inverse condemnation, personal injury, and open meeting act violations. I also presided over hundreds of divorce trials, contested probate matters, guardianships, and trust cases.
