I Lead CISO and vCISO Knowledge Services for Cadre and provide a wide range of cybersecurity services including consulting, security awareness and social engineering posture evaluation, CISO services, risk assessments, Business Continuity Planning, and more. I oversee the departments and employees that run our assessments and instructors who provide technical training. I have delivered a greater than 500% increase in completed client projects over the previous year, turning an unprofitable department into a profitable one in less than a year. Identified internal resources and built a vCISO team and practice. Developed, tested, and implemented custom security awareness classes and consulting for support of the vCISO practice. I have designed and implemented secure cloud products and migrated on-premises services to the cloud for the use of Cadre and our clients. Promoted Cadre and its professional services through a series of speaking events, keynote speeches, radio guest appearances and webinars. Additionally, I perform security posture enhancement and remediation through risk assessments, gap analysis, business model alignment to security functions, training, consulting, analysis, and perform active ethical hacking as a member of the Pen Test (Penetration Testing) team. Cadre is widely recognized as a pioneer in the security industry and I endeavor to continue that tradition in the ever-changing world of cybersecurity.
