Took advantage of lease expirations to exit underused buildings, sold poorly used properties, and leased new space that allowed flexibility for expansion. • Reduced footprint 1MM RSF (46%), achieved ~$20MM OPEX savings, and slashed carbon output 43% while eliminating need to spend $40MM for building upgrades and avoiding $24.5M in projected capital costs over 10 years.
