ABOUT TIMOTHY OBRIEN

Tim leads the commercial teams for Hornblower\'s Ferries and Transportation Division, including five domestic ferry operations as well as Hornblower Marine, a commercial shipyard in Bridgeport, CT, and Seaward Services, Hornblower\'s offshore and international division with specialization in operating high speed aluminum craft. These operations include two of the largest domestic P3s in the maritime space with revenue in 2024 of $229M; clients including New York City and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Tim is an experienced waterfront developer with an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern\'s School of Business. As a Developer of ONE15 Brooklyn Marina in Brooklyn Bridge Park, he assembled and led a development team through the stages of the RFP lifecycle, a capital raise of over $20M in combined debt and equity funding and the buildout of the first marina in New York Harbor in a generation. Prior to his work developing the Brooklyn Bridge Park marina, Tim was a Senior Manager of Bernstein Global Wealth Management\'s flagship office with oversight over risk mitigation and operational efficiency initiatives for New York, overseeing over 10,500 client relationships and $30 billion in AUM. Tim has an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
