ABOUT TIMOTHY MOORE

My current position with Growth Homes has been the culmination of a career in real estate that began in 1990 when I accepted my first position as a new home sales representative with Maronda Homes. Along the way I spent time with 3 other builders, including a decade with Columbus based Romanelli and Hughes.First getting licensed as a realtor in 2002, I worked with residential homes, land, and small commercial properties for years, before transitioning to a training / coaching role, where i helped agents, mortgage lenders, and other sales people develop the skills needed to build thriving referral networks, leadership skills, and ways to grow their respective businesses.In 2017 I partnered with Cleveland\'s The EZ Sales Team at Keller Williams, at the time the number one real estate team in Ohio, and over 8 years was responsible for expanding the team into Columbus, Cincinnati, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. During my time we build an industry leading education and training system, training that is still being used today. In this time period I worked with the CEO of Growth Homes to do projects in Central Ohio, a relationship that has led to my current role with Growth.
