As Chair of the Elections Board I assume responsibility for different parts of the election process and oversee Board Members and Staff according to their position with in the Elections office. Tasks Overseen by the Board Chair:Ensures via staff, voter eligibility, manages the electoral roll and is responsible for voter communication. The Board and Chair oversee and ensures the election process is legally administered and is the highest supervisory authority of the process. The Chair is also ultimately responsible for certifying and announcing the electoral results.The Chair also presides over all Board meetings.
