Fund Administration & Financial Reporting -Collaborate with the Finance team/fund admin to track fund performance metrics and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and LPs. Work with fund admin to monitor capital flows, including investments, reserves, and expenses. Oversee fund accounting and financial statement preparation by fund administrators in compliance with GAAP or other regulatory standards. Review and coordinate audit processes with external auditors in conjunction with the CFO and fund administrators. Oversee fund administration tasks, including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.Investor Relations Support - Assist the Ventures team in preparing quarterly and annual investorcommunications, including reports, presentations, and updates. Coordinate LP onboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Respond to investor inquiries and support the relationship management process.Operational Management - Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, including legal, compliance, IT, and accountingpartners. Optimize and oversee the fund administration process, liaising with externaladministrators and custodians. Work closely with portfolio management teams to ensure accurate valuation, liquidity management, and trade settlements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, such as SEC filings and fund documentation.Compliance and Risk Management -Oversee compliance with internal policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Support the Chief Compliance Officer with compliance process building and maintenance. Mitigate risks by ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and governance procedures concerning Advisor’s Act requirements
