I get it. I\'ve landed on my feet massively and to some extent that shows, on occasion, when I\'m trying to take risks and break the mould at work. I might look at this in a year and think totally differently. For reference, this was written in lockdown, May 2020. I\'m trying to find a niche between running the family business with my dad, passing the torch to my younger brother, and at the same time, giving back to the community and developing the team so that the business can thrive without us.Animals have always been a large part of my life, whether that\'s watching nature documentaries, eating a plant-based diet, our pet cats or the animals our clients keep. I believe strongly that we are born with nothing but love and compassion for others. Personal downtime includes listening to Audible, working out, snowboarding and scuba diving (in order of most to least often).I would like to make a positive change to everyone\'s work-life balance somehow.
