Deloitte Consulting - Manager While in a client service role, Timothy steered the program management office (PMO) through the SDLC for a large Federal IT modernization effort at Treasury. Timothy led a team in the delivery and execution of an ANSI-compliant EVM system, Schedule Management and Program Release Planning, Risk and Issue Management, Organization Change Management, resource management, quality management, governance support and capital planning and investment control (CPIC). Deloitte Consulting - Senior Consultant Prior to supporting the IT modernization effort, Timothy developed and implemented policies and procedures to standardize financial and accounting guidance across the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers, including procedures around the reporting of property, plant and equipment. To validate the accuracy and support of financial data in preparation for assertion and for Navy ERP, Timothy developed a strategic roadmap to support the Navy in its data cleanup efforts and implemented scorecards to track progress.
