About Timothy Leonard
I am an I.T Specialist with over 20 years experience in the business. I got my start while i was in High School interning at an industrial computer reseller specializing in WANG components, There i got first hand experience in soldering and PCB layouts, as well as assembling components for shipment. From there i went to college obtaining both an A.S and B.S in Information Technology, while getting certifications in Graphic Design, HTML and CompTIA A+ and N+. Ever since then i have held different positions, from Senior Hardware Technician and Hardware Marketing Manager, to my current position as a IT Director for mid-size life settlements company. I have extensive experience in virus infections including ransomware, Windows desktop and server configurations, as well as OSX and Linux setups and mobile device troubleshooting. I also have experience with several RMM platforms and numerous Antivirus solutions. This field has been a passion of mine for over 20 years, i\'m always on top of new technology and am always eager to learn something new.
