As founder of the company in October of 2010 I had a commitment to establish an IT service company that focused on service first and always included ways to create an alternative solution to the status quoe. In the first months we aggressively attacked our Cisco Premier partnership and quickly became Cisco Premier Partner. With our first goals behind us we continued to build on our partnerships while increasing our client base.In January of 2012 we were named Top 25 SonicWALL Partners in TX, OK, LA & AR. In November of 2012 the company completed our Microsoft Silver Level Mid-Martket Solution Provider requirements and fulfilled a silver partnership level with Microsoft. In 2013 we continued to increase the size of our IT projects and were able to increase the size of our team. With the need to support a larger footprint in Texas and other states and the need for dedicated remote support we established a second office in Tampa FL. Our IP communications offerings had changed as well and we began our second journey with Cisco by completing the requirements for Cisco Express Collaboration Specialization.In 2014, 2015 & 2016 we continued to grow, maintained our partnership levels and completed the required ongoing training requirements for Cisco Premier, Cisco Express-NGFW, Cisco Collaboration Express, HPE Business Partner, SonicWALL Partner, VMware Professional Partner, Dell Preferred partner, Trend Micro Partner, Microsoft Silver Partner, Mitel Partner and Barracuda Networks Partnership. In 2017 we had our best year to date! We added an additional partnership with Cisco Meraki and Trend Micro MSP programs, while maintaining our training requirements for other partnerships. We implemented ConnectWise with Manage RMM for an improved client services offering. In 20••••21 we SURVIVED COVID!2nd 1/2 2021.(to be continued).
