Our role is to provide sales training, mentoring, coaching and motivation to our 1300+ Stores. In this role, my team works in conjunction with our Regional Presidents, Retail Market Presidents, Retail Market Managers and our Operations partners to develop and implement our local sales strategy and provide a Legendary Customer Experience through our Residential products.
