Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a commitment to safety, employee well-being, and operational excellence. I began in the safety field, where I built a strong foundation in workplace regulations, risk management, and compliance. Over time, I expanded my leadership responsibilities, applying that expertise to create safer, more resilient, and more efficient work environments.I focus on building and sustaining a strong safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. One of my proudest achievements was leading a workplace to earn NCDOL Carolina Star Status, a recognition of excellence in workplace safety. I also guided that same facility to achieve platinum certification through their internal audit process, further demonstrating a commitment to safety leadership and operational discipline.I believe effective EHS leadership is rooted in trust, communication, and a people-first mindset.
