I am the Practice Leader for DarrowEverett’s Private Client Group and Co-Chair of our Family Law Practice Group. My work concentrates on complex family court litigation, and civil cases arising out of institutional abuse. Throughout my career, I have handled challenging cases at the forefront — I continue working on behalf of student athletes and their families in connection with the North Kingstown (RI) naked “fat testing” scandal, and I chaired and settled Rhode Island’s clergy abuse cases on behalf of dozens of victims in the early — all while cutting new ground in contentious family court litigation, and electronic evidence. I regularly serve as lead counsel in complex divorces with high net worth, multiple business assets, intergenerational trusts, and testifying experts, and have worked with the leading forensic accountants and forensic psychologists in the region.
