Tim is a partner at Harrison Pensa LLP where he represents creditors and receivers in insolvency, bankruptcy and private and court-appointed receivership situations. He represents trustees in complex insolvencies and bankruptcies, Monitors and other stakeholders in CCAA proceedings as well as major financial institutions in work out and insolvency situations. Tim appears at all levels of court dealing with insolvency matters including Commercial List proceedings. He also practices commercial litigation and has acted in matters ranging from contract disputes and securities compliance both at trial and appeal levels.Tim\'s practice is focused on representing Financial Institutions, including banks, credit unions and asset based lenders. Tim was also honoured as being among the top Canadian lawyers in the area of Insolvency and Financial Restructuring for inclusion in the 2014 to 2024 Editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
