As Vice President of Sales at Newgentek, I am responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. My extensive knowledge and experience in information technology, point of sale (POS) systems, managed services, audio-visual (AV) systems, and new restaurant openings allows me to drive business development, generate new leads, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. My key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure that our offerings align with our clients\' needs and exceed their expectations. In addition to these responsibilities, I also promote company products and services, organize and maintain sales operations, manage the sales budget, recruit and hire sales staff, motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals, develop sales training programs, monitor market and competitor activity, identify where improvements can be made, and develop success-driven plans. To ensure customer satisfaction, I anticipate consumer needs, manage detailed sales expectations, plan accordingly, monitor customer activity, create sales reports, and communicate and foster relationships with clients.
