Provide guidance and direction to the culinary team to improve the food safety and quality attributes of our current products as well as new innovations- Lead the Global Food Safety team in developing, reviewing, and updating expectations to facilitate a fast paced cross-functional process flow for speed to market- Develop and implement GFSI and FSMA/SFCA based food safety programs (BRC, SQF and FSSC used for supplier approval and risk-based assessments for the Subway ingredient supplier base- Provide guidance as the subject matter expert for global activities around shelf-life studies (opened/unopened product) and challenge studies to validate existing products as well as new products being brought into the restaurants.
