About Timothy Williams
Over 25 years of practice Tim has developed into a seasoned employment litigator who is regularly retained as lead counsel in high stakes litigation involving seven- and eight-figure disputes across California. Since 1994, Tim has handled hundred of cases, working with a broad range of clients in employment litigation, including individuals, class of employees and consumers, small businesses, and large enterprises. Tim also regularly assists executives with employment contract and separation issues. Tim guides companies in training activities, and in pre-litigation counseling. Each year, Tim also authors and updates employment law treatises and practice guides for attorneys, and speaks at seminars to train other employment lawyers on advanced practice skills. Tim is also active in leadership roles in local and statewide bar associations.
