As a Broker Activation Manager, I partner with the marketing and sales teams to identify and activate top broker partners. I work with the product team to provide user feedback that enables VTS to continue to provide the most innovative and widely adopted leasing and asset management platform in CRE. Strategically, I act as a liaison to the top broker teams in the New York City CRE market. With the brokerage community being our core user, our team of market focused activation managers sole responsibility is to make brokers in the market successful using our platform. We not only drive general adoption but provide a white glove service in helping them service their existing customers, win new ones, and engage more efficiently with Tenant Reps and Occupiers. Our team helps our Agency Broker partners use VTS as a competitive advantage for their entire portfolio through a hands-on approach.
