Tim Coughlin is a Partner and core member of Spencer Stuart’s Global Private Equity, Boards, and Financial Officer Practices. He has led over 500 client engagements for large multinationals, midcap, and emerging growth companies. He has worked extensively with both public and private equity owned companies. Tim is a recipient of the firm\'s prestigious Lou Rieger Quality Award for highest levels of quality work and excellent client service. Tim joined Spencer Stuart in 2010 from Citigroup’s Institutional Equities business, where his clients included many of the world’s largest mutual funds and hedge funds. Previously, Tim was in risk management with the Marsh & McLennan Companies, covering corporate clients across many industries. Tim is a member of the Board of Trustees at Delbarton School, where he serves on the Finance and Audit Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Madison Area YMCA, where he serves on the Board and Leadership Development Committee.
