Serving as a Human Resources analyst. Responsible for all HR Reporting out of SuccessFactors Online Report Designer (ORD) Workforce Analytics (WFA) & Advanced Analytics. Create and maintain all Role Based Permissions (RBP) for Users, MDF Objects and Business Rules. Conceive and construct custom portlets within the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. Act as System Admin, in regards to Foundation Objects, Position Management and Org Structure. Compliance Analyst for EEO-1 reporting. • Implemented SuccessFactors Employee Central. Performance & Goals, Workforce Analytics (Core, RCM). • Act as a business analyst and worked with internal clients to understand needs and wants in regards to: Role Base Permissions, Reporting & Analytics and system requirements. • Gather requirements from business owners and created them during system implementation. • Control all security permissions (Role Base Permissions) within all Success Factors modules. • Gather data and submit EEO-1 Compliance filings each year, Component 1 & 2. as well as state mandated BLS Surveys.
