   Operational ownership of a high-volume 1M sq. foot multi shift distribution site and leadership of 100 hourly team members and 15 salaried employees.• Promote a culture that puts safety and welfare of team members ahead of all other goals. Formed JHSC (joint health safety committee) to bring forward safety advocate voices, ultimately reducing risk. Safety always message delivered each day to the floor via team huddles and weekly safety share.• Responsible for bringing on line three different business units within this new facility. Those being: Wolf Home Products (cabinet and building products), Dimora (ready to assemble cabinet line) and a Hub operation (ships to our spokes).• Delivered on start up dates for each business unit. Responsible for on-time and accurate shipments to our valued customers. • Management of daily metrics and use of continuous improvement methods to enhance processes. For example, 99.9% outbound compliance to our customers for cabinet shipments. • Responsible for scheduling, training, performance, and development of personnel. Partnered with HR to drive standard work within each department to bring consistency and efficiency.
