In 2014 I completed several years of study to join an elite group of professional piano artisans around the world to become a Registered Piano Technician. An RPT has to finish a series of rigorous exams to demonstrate the highest level of technical proficiency and aural tuning skills. This certification is the culmination of 12 years of experience and hundreds of hours of intense studying. However, in many ways it is just the beginning of a life long quest to provide the highest level of service and become the best Charlotte, NC has to offer.
